• Hosting and infrastructure providers: Metrum may use customer-approved cloud, network, storage, monitoring, and support infrastructure to operate a managed instance. The specific providers and regions are disclosed during procurement because they depend on the selected deployment.
• Optional support-chat processor: supports the optional chat widget on hosted documentation. The widget loads only after affirmative consent and is not part of router request processing.
• Model providers: providers selected and credentialed by a customer, including BYOK providers, are customer choices rather than Metrum subprocessors unless Metrum operates or contracts that provider as part of the managed service.
